# Free plan limits

## What's Pro-only

Free does not include: [quarantine rescue](/docs/features/quarantine-rescue),
[autoresponder](/docs/features/autoresponder), [multiple recipients / CC](/docs/features/multiple-recipients),
[webhooks](/docs/features/webhooks), or [file uploads](/docs/features/file-uploads). A
locked action returns:

| `upgrade_required` | 403  | This feature requires a Pro plan. |

## Going over 250/month

Going over quota doesn't drop submissions. Once you cross the limit for the
current billing month, further submissions are still accepted and stored —
they're just held rather than delivered until either the month rolls over or
you upgrade. Nothing a visitor submits while you're over quota is lost.
