Welcome to Formpaste. Here’s how to get submissions landing in your inbox in under 10 minutes - no server, no DNS.

1. Create your account

Sign up at app.formpaste.com/register. No credit card required - the free plan includes 250 submissions a month and never expires.

2. Create a form and get your access key

Click + New form, give it a name, and set the destination email where submissions should arrive. You’ll get an access key - this is the only thing your form needs to talk to Formpaste.

3. Verify your destination email

We’ll send a short code to your destination address the first time you use it. Enter the code in the dashboard to confirm you own the inbox - this stops the service from being used to spam a third party.

4. Copy and paste your form snippet

Go to the Setup tab and copy the snippet for your framework (HTML, React, Next.js, Astro, Vue, or Svelte). Paste it into your site once, with your access key already included. There’s nothing to build - the snippet posts straight to /submit.

5. Submit a test message

Fill in your form and send it. The submission is checked instantly and, if it isn’t spam, relayed to your destination email within about a minute. Anything suspicious lands in Quarantine instead of being blocked or dropped.

Free plan limits

The free plan includes 250 submissions a month, up to 3 forms, unlimited domains, and full heuristic spam filtering with no CAPTCHA. If you go over the monthly cap, submissions are stored, not lost. It includes community support only. Pro adds higher submission volume and more automations - see pricing for the current plans.
