Partial or shortcode

Put the form markup in a layout partial (under layouts/partials) if you want one copy reused across the site, or wrap it in a shortcode so you can drop it into any content file with a single tag. Both keep the form in one place.

Watch out for inline HTML in content

Hugo’s Goldmark renderer strips raw HTML inside Markdown content files by default, which can silently swallow your form. Use a shortcode for the form, or set unsafe = true under markup.goldmark.renderer in hugo.toml, and the markup renders as written.

Nothing changes in your build

Because the form posts to an external endpoint, your Hugo build and your host stay exactly as they are. There is no function to deploy and no config to add - the static output just works.
