Store the form markup in _includes and pull it into any page or layout with a single include tag. That keeps one copy of the form across the whole site and makes it easy to update in one place.

GitHub Pages builds Jekyll and serves the static output, with no way to run server code. A form that posts to Formpaste sidesteps that limit entirely - there is no backend to host, so submissions work on a plain Pages site.

Liquid leaves your form alone

Jekyll processes Liquid tags, not your HTML, so the form markup passes through the build untouched. The only thing to watch is a literal double-brace inside the form, which you would escape with a raw block - rare in a contact form.
