Jekyll gotchas
Jekyll renders static HTML, so a Formpaste form is plain markup in a layout, include, or page. It works cleanly on GitHub Pages, where you cannot run server code at all.
Drop it in an include for reuse
Put the form markup in _includes and pull it into any page or layout with a single include tag. That keeps one copy of the form across the site.
Liquid leaves your HTML alone
Jekyll processes Liquid, not your form markup, so the HTML passes through untouched. Only escape a literal double-brace if you ever need one inside the form.
Perfect for GitHub Pages
GitHub Pages serves static files and runs no backend, so a form that posts to Formpaste is the straightforward way to collect submissions there.
Keep the hidden access_key
The hidden access_key input must stay in the markup. It tells Formpaste which form received the submission.
